Download Vitrine.
The customer install is a signed Windows app, or a notarized Mac DMG when that file is published here. Mode B (install_vitrine.bat, then run_vitrine.bat) stays available when Smart App Control blocks a certificate that does not have reputation yet.
Windows — signed app
Prefer Vitrine-Windows.zip. Unzip it and keep the Vitrine and VitrineArgos folders side by side. Open Vitrine\Vitrine.exe. OCR, translation, and inpaint are already in the app. The first launch downloads model files and shows progress in the Home log. You do not run pip.
The first signed release can still show SmartScreen or Smart App Control. Reputation for that certificate builds over time. Signing the file once does not clear those warnings. Until it does, use Mode B below. Leave SmartScreen and Smart App Control on.
Windows — Mode B fallback
Vitrine-Windows-Mode-B.zip contains install_vitrine.bat, run_vitrine.bat, and a short INSTALL note. Put both scripts in the Vitrine project folder (next to pyproject.toml), run the installer, then launch the app. Use this when the signed app is not on this page yet, or when Smart App Control blocks a new publisher.

Mac
The Mac ship path is a Developer ID signed, notarized, and stapled DMG. There is no unsigned Mac download. The button below appears when Vitrine.dmg is published on this site. Gatekeeper accepts that stapled DMG.
After it opens
In Settings, pair this PC with your Vitrine account. Apply still happens in the Shopify Admin app. The desktop app does not publish to the store.
